Joy, Happy to offer my words of support. This may be long, but praises take a bit to fully communicate. I’ve been working with the Payroll Hub for over a year now with one company (Relic Signs) and have just moved Four Seasons Tree Care to their services. Both of these were previously with an National Payroll service. Payroll processing is properly one of the most critical & important functions a company does. As such, when you are outsourcing, your need to truly have a partner in the process and not a vendor with their own vested interests before yours. With over 4 decades of business experience, I have found the Payroll Hub is such a partner. Ease of mind as it relates to tax issues, comfort in assuring employees checks are timely and error free are the critical factors. And yes, pricing needs to be fair and competitive. Lastly, partners are just that, partners. We have no hesitation or reservation regarding our communications and interaction with them from our payroll specialist to the principals. Being in business for over twenty years I have had my fair share of payroll companies I have worked with all the major names in the industry as well as some smaller firms.
